  This Pizza Hut is run less like a business and more like a zoo. This has happened multiple times, but I just placed an order where my food never arrived. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager lied to me and spoke to me with a completely inappropriate attitude, claiming that I never placed an order (even though I was looking at my digital receipt and my bank card had already been charged). They also told me that they didn't even have one of the items I ordered, and rather than calling me and asking me if I wanted to make a substitution, the employees on duty just ignored it and were content to never send along my food. It is an absolute disgrace. I'm only giving this restaurant one star because it won't let me leave it at zero. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident, considering it is a Friday night in a college town, but this is the second time I have had this exact issue, and the umpteenth time that I have had delivery issues with this store.

  Friendly service. Normal pizza hut items. No buffet on weekends.
