  Starbucks inside Hotel. Bathroom key has to be requested and is in hotel lobby. Decent amount of seating lots and lots of plugs. "Comfy" chairs, hightops, 2 seat tables, two high counters, one six seat work table with ample plugs. Staff is usually all female, very nice and friendly. Has a Clover machine! Parking is available across the street in the town garage. Right across from Ithaca Commons. Foot traffic is highly variable, so seating can be tight but people are generally happy to share tables.
  
  Doesn't always participate in corporate discounts that are emailed out (that whole varies by store applies here).

  Typical Starbucks - good. Had to wait in line quite a while, but good coffee is worth it.

  Busy often. Politely off-putting at times. Drink quality uneven, with flavorings thinned or excessively light compared to other Starbucks sites.
  Many of the workers here have a natural affable and charming service quality, but the sense is that management, which always sets the tone, is not personable. The excessive stress placed on their workers does not result in better quality and efficiency, but to worker discomfort and higher turnover. I'm a regular at coffee houses and this Starbucks rates at the lower end for friendliness and consistency of drink quality, while highest at worker stress.
