  I'd give no stars if I could. It took 50 minutes to get an order of poutine and a burrito at midnight on a Sunday, when we were the only people in the place. We sat in front of the register, at a table waiting. No one else in the place at all. Just because the guy working the register forgot we ordered, even though we were still sitting there. After 45 minutes passed I waited at the register to speak to someone and the guy cooking finally came up so I could ask about the food. The guy making the food had to go to the register to speak with me because his coworker was in the back. The guy cooking literally said to the other worker, who was supposed to be at the register, "this didn't go out yet it's been here for over a half hour." Instead of giving us our food, the worker forgot we ordered, and decided to make out with his girl friend. The guy brifefly stopped kissing his girlfriend to say "relax I'll get it to you." He then went back to kissing his girlfriend for an additional 5 minutes before closing the boxes, even though the food was already boxed! He literally just had to close it, and hand it to us! Some of the worst service I've ever received. The poutine didn't even have cheese curd on it. The food was cold, but the worst part was the fries and burrito were soggy. The burrito was so soggy the wrapper literally stuck to it and wouldn't come off, and the fries were just sitting in a cold puddle of gravy. We didn't even eat it, it was gross. We had to go out and get food again.... We chose to eat microwave hot pockets instead, that's how gross it was. Waste of $27, and a hour of our lives.
